Frequently Asked Questions - Page 4

There will be a number of people providing input to the website.  I'd like them all to just contact you with their input.

If all of you website-decision makers can agree on website content before we become involved, our time and your bill will be minimized.

Further, it is important that ONE person be designated to be the "point person"  within your organization for working with us.

Will you take over and maintain my site after I design it and upload it to the server?

In most cases, we do not maintain a site unless we design and build the site.

Why do I have to sign a Work Order?

Our Work Orders set out exactly the work you want done.  We require you to sign the Work Order so there are no misunderstandings in the future.

What is included in "Maintenance?"

After the website is complete, some website owners require that the site be updated on a regular basis.  Maintenance varies with each website, but some examples of maintenance are:  changing pictures, checking links, updating calendars, posting announcements, posting sale items, etc.  For a small monthly maintenance fee, your website will be kept current.

I understand your web designer is particular regarding the quality of photographs and wants them provided in a certain manner.   How come?

We want to provide the best quality website for each of our clients.  The quality of your website will be as good as its lowest quality component.  If you can not provide clear original photographs or a digital copy, you may want to consider our reasonably-priced, digital photography services.
