In partnership with the community, the La Habra Heights Fire Department pledges to achieve the highest degree of public safety services with a continuing commitment to competency, education, and integrity, while maintaining a progressive vision to the future.

Our organizational philosophy is to delegate decision-making down to all levels of the department and to force our people to make decisions and to take actions that lead to outstanding customer service.

For the last couple of years, LHHFD has been working within the City and County to prepare for major disasters, whether natural or man-made.  We have participated in county-wide training involving fire, Sheriff, and governmental departments.  In recent months, these training-drills have taken even more significance with the threat of terrorism at an all-time high.
