  • City Manager's Note:

    Since a number of cities in Los Angeles County have received Brown Act violation notices from the Los Angeles County DA's Office, and the City Manager's Division of the Contract Cities Association seeks to discuss differences of opinion between City Attorney's and the DA's findings, the City Council voted at its October 29, 2003, Special Meeting not to respond further to the DA's letters.
